Insomnia Theather is a audio soundscape experience.

A collection of tracks made over the course of a year while dealing with bouts of heavy insomnia. Awakened nightly, without sleep in sight, I’d go to work developing my craft, scoring the myriad of ideas running wild in my head at such ungodly hours as I looked out into the city landscape.

These carefully curated tracks capture the vibe and the magic of the moments marking the passage of time from dusk to dawn. The anticipation, excitement, boredom, sadness and melancholy of our collective emotions seeping thru in a hazy mix of downtempo and uptempo rhythms

They say being awake between the twilight hours of 2 - 5 am on a daily basis is an sign of spiritual enlightenment when your soul is most receptive to communing with the universe. Insomnia Theather is the ensuing dialogue of listening to what it had to say ….enjoy
